My name is Julie Seymour. I love God, pizza, and riding bikes! I am a certified health and wellness coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the nation’s leading health coach training program. I have been on a health journey for 42 years but it wasn’t until I completed the IIN training program that I discovered what being healthy really meant.
Diet and exercise are important but there are also other lifestyle changes that promote health. Summit Health Coaching was born out of my passion to share what I have learned about health and wellness so that other people can live the life they were created to live. I specialize in helping clients reduce cravings, become aerobically fit, increase muscle mass, increase energy, and sleep better. It would be my honor to guide and support you in your journey!
This is not a cookie cutter program. Every person is different. What works for one person may not work for another. I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness. We will look at how all the different parts of your life affect your life as a whole.
Does stress cause you to overeat or eat things that put you on the never ending energy roller coaster? Does lack of time or energy keep you from exercising? Do you feel like you could sleep anytime, anywhere? Do you lack the joy that you see in other people?
We will work together to reach your health goals in areas such as reducing food cravings, increasing energy, increasing muscle while reducing fat, improving sleep, and lowering stress. I know that together we can make sustainable changes one small step at a time!
I live in Conway, Arkansas with my wonderful, supportive husband, Clint, and two daughters, Emily and Shelby.
